Feist - Mushaboom
A friend just send me a lovely list of a lot of her favorite artists. I think tonight was my first time hearing this song... I guess this goes with yesterday's drawing. I'm always hesitant to draw guys when I doodle, because in the past they would either end up looking like a man version of myself, my brother (who actually kind of DOES look like a man version of me...), any crushes I had, or a creepy combination of all three... awkward. Fortunately, I don't think he looks like anyone I know...

Arcade Fire - Wake Up
I heard this song on the trailer for Where the Wild Things are, and I remember liking it. Then I found it again recently and discovered it was Arcade Fire, which surprised me for some reason. None of their other songs had really held my attention so far, but I think I'll have to give them another try...

Dyad - Early Early in the Spring
I think one thing I've learned so far is... that some songs just can't be turned into imagery. (See the past few days drawings for examples....) However, folk songs always inspire me to do illustrative works.... Which I really think is my favorite. :)
